This file is apparently corrupted as gunzip has the following error; < 8 gregb:spike ~/Desktop/Gramenev19Data> gunzip oryza_sativa_variation_30_19.mysqldump.gz gunzip: oryza_sativa_variation_30_19.mysqldump.gz: unexpected end of file We are anxiously trying to install a local version 19 gramene genome browser for all 3 Gramene genomes. Is this data missing for a reason :) or just an oversight? Also I cannot find the ftp data for 'live version' web site code. There are no files at; ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/release19/software We have cobbled together an initial working UI for rice and arabidopsis using Ensembl v31 web code.
